You might be flushing uric acid crystals out of your kidneys with the juicing,

as Martha would say, " That's a good thing " . might save you having to find a

kidney stone group. Think about throwing the Centrum away, do not flush down

the toilet, they can clog the sewer system. Good luck.

Hi all...I just started a cleanse of juicing only. I'm going to try to

do it for a week at least... I put in veggies and fruits together;

spinach, apples, carrots, kiwi... I'm also taking centrum once a day

oh and I did make a very healthy veggie omelette this afternoon

The problem is I feel very acidic when I urinate, like a UTI may be

coming (probably just psychological since I'm so afraid of getting

another UTI!)...Did anyone else have a similar experience? Or does

anyone know a way to make my body more " basic " ???? I feel really good

overall, just a bit acidic.

I should add the black walnut tincture to the juice too to continue my

parasite cleanse...Did anyone else do this?

Hm...that does sound feasible...But I drink TONS of water and fluids and kidney

stones don't run in my family.

Long long discussion about nutritional supplements, too long to go into here.

Here are the most important issues though. Minerals consumed by human beings

need to be in the form (bonding, chelation) found in food, not in the ground.

Plants are capable of taking inorganic minerals from the soil and bonding to

other molecules. Humans, very limited. We evolved eating either plant material

or (even though may dispute this) animal material that did. Chromium is

not chromium (remember Brockovich?). Cheap supplements are made to sell

not nourish. Oil soluble vitamins have a different structural alignment that is

very important between natural and synthetic. And last but not least the

manufacturing process. Take a look at the label on such a supplement: First

layer on the outside will be sugar that has been caramelized, smooth and sweet.

Next food grade shellac, smoother still. last, carnauba wax, even slipperier.

This is all a blessing in disguise; your digestive tract is going to have a

hard time getting through the coating. I still have a copy of an article from

the 70's where the sewer system in New York was getting plugged up. When they

sent those poor men down to investigate they found drifts and drifts of

One-a-day type " vitamins. I personally know a colonic irrigationist here in the

Seattle area who did a first colonic on a very heavy middle aged woman: 355 of

the above offenders came through the tube! Caveat emptor. Put nothing but the

best in that wonderful body of yours, you deserve it. Always, in all ways,

The same constitution and " energetic " imbalances that would lead to one may also

lead to the other. When already crystallized the solubility in water is

compromised. Shefy, are you of east Indian decent? if so it runs in both your

culture and ethnic physiology. Luckily, Ayurveda is very successful with it.
