Guest guest
I did a Hulda liver cleanse recently and got no stones. I had not done a cleanse for almost a year and was expecting to produce many stones - didn't happen. This was my 5th life-time cleanse over the past 2.5 years. Either I have no gallstones to expel or the magnesium sulfate was no good. I think I've had it in a semi-open container for 2 years. Anyone have any info on the shelf-life and storag of MgSO4? I searched searched and searched on the net and found almost nothing on the topic. Thanks to all who respond!
Guest guest
Hi, I don't know what would change in the Epsoms over time unless it just absorbed moisture. This wouldn't destroy it's effectiveness. I would speculate you could narrow down the cause of no stones to two possible explanations: 1) You don't have any stones due to great diet, lifestyle, and supplements (you would know if this fits or not). 2) You have stones that were so entrenched your flush didn't dislodge them. A more intense preparation phase and another flush 2 weeks or more from now would help that. This would include a colon cleanse, parasite cleanse, liver support, and stone softening. Organic apple juice daily, herbs (curcuma, gold coin grass, milk thistle, coptis - see Dr. Chang's website), good oils, and lecithin can help with the liver support and stone softening. This is not meant to be an exhaustive list of all that you can do to prepare for a successful flush, but you get the picture... Please let us know if you try again, what your results are, and what you did differently. Best Regards, Vince > > I did a Hulda liver cleanse recently and got no stones. Guest guest
Great Liz! I vote for you are free of gall stones right now due to your change in diet. This is why I think that: I just last night did my 9th flush in about 2 years. I got no stones except a few chaff and pinhead size things that I wouldn't have gone to the trouble of flushing for. I had to flush to know I have reached the bottom of the stone problem. My first flush I got about 50 marble or larger size stones. the next one I got about 200 smaller ones. More flushes of from 200 to 450 stones each added up to over 2000 stones: Hulda 's number of stones that we must remover before ridding ourselves of allregies permanently. (I used to have terrible allergies but now have none). The last couple of flushes have been done about 6 months apart and have only gotten about 50 tiny stones out each time. I thought I may be nearing the " end " of flushing except for the maintenence phase. I purposely waited a few months each time to see if I would make more stones (so the flush was worth the trouble). I have been getting my diet straightened out little by little and I have totally eliminated hydrolyzed oils, vegetable oils, white flour, sugar. I try to eat some raw foods all along. I take a mixture almost every day of fennel, milk thistle, cayenne, turmeric, flax seed, and lecithin. I've also done oral chelation and have had 12 amalgam fillings removed in the last few years. My cholesterol is about 180 and I'm 48 years old. I've done kidney flushes, colon flushes, and parasite cleanses. I take colloidal silver just to help the ol immune system stay on top of everything. I drink Kombucha Tea and Kefir for what that's worth. I also like to buy organic apple juice by the gallon and drink it regularly. I'm sure I do a lot of other " extra " things that I do automatically and can't think of off the top of my head. My conclusion is: liver flushing does what " they " say it does. It removes gallstones without surgery. Liver flushing must NOT make stones from oil and grapefruit juice, other wise noone would ever quit getting stones out no matter how many times they flushed. Changing the diet and lifestyle to make less stones works, and flushing the stones works. I think we've proved that, and I'm pretty happy about it I think we've achieved that illusive dream, for now, of being gallstone free. We need to keep it up, because modern technology makes the purest garbage taste good and then they put it on our grocer's shelves with attractive labels. It would be easy to slip and be back where we started, but we won't let that happen. Best regards, Vince > > > > I did a Hulda liver cleanse recently and got no stones. Guest guest
I would be interested in the answer also. I've known several people who had their gall bladder removed and still have pain. I presume it was from the unexpelled stones in their liver. Guest guest
the removal of stones also has to do with the olive oil and whatever juice you used along with it if you have a clogged bowel or parasites then you will get stones a couple of days later (assuming you did not expel the epson salt and water/ grapefruit juice in diarhea.) if that is the case maybe need some other means of helping it come out laxative/enema suppository lizsapar wrote: > I did a Hulda liver cleanse recently and got no stones. Guest guest
Hi , I've never had a gallbladder attack. My strategy is to prevent one so I never have one. There are several people on the list who can answer you with first hand info. Hopefully they'll chime in. The archives are full of the accounts also. My take on all that I've read is: yes, doing ALL this will take away permanently gall bladder attacks. The other side is that doing SOME but NOT ALL of this will not necessarilly permanently take away gallbladder attacks or even prevent surgery. Doing the diet changes, herbs and foods that support the gall bladder and soften stones, and the flushes will get rid of the stones and heal your liver and gallbladder. The trick is to be dedicated and diligent enough to ensure your success. Best Regards, Vince > > When was the last time you had a gallbladder attack Vince?Just > wondering if doing all this does indeed take away the attacks. > >
