Guest guest
It doesn't look like too much to me. It looks nice and balanced. If you are losing weight, you don't want a fill. If you have some natural restriction going on without a fill- don't race for the fill. > Alright, with all the talk of how much is too much..this is what I had > with breakfast, lunch and dinner today. Guest guest
Hi , I'm in Eugene, 3 1/2 hours from Olympia, and I'm flying from SC into Portland on Sept. 23 so will already be up in the general Olympia area where Dr. Neal is. I made this appointment contingent on them knowing it may be canceled if I'm still loosing weight. No problem with them or me concerning a cancellation, just wanted to make sure they have room for me IF I need one at that time. I will be up in that area again early November as well.. If I'm ready for a fill then I can get it at that time too;-) I don't want to mess with what is working;-D I'm for as few fills as possible..I just wanted to check with you guys to see if I'm eating too much or not. I feel satisfied after eating for 3 - 5 hours afterwards.
