You've tried it several times, and it doesn't work. Give up on it.

There are plenty of other healthy green things you can eat. I love

broccoli, but also can't eat it, or at least more than a couple of

small bites of the " flower part " . I don't even think of trying the

stems.

We all find things that are good for us that we just can't eat because

of that fickle plastic thing inside of us. Just look at it as a

learning experience.

I had one yesterday. Chili. Sometimes I can eat it. Often I can't.

After a bad slime episode in the restoom of starbucks, I've sworn it

off. (no, didn't get the chili there...was driving back from

lunch...and that was the closest place to stop that I knew had a

restroom I could get to quickly)

Sorry to hear about having to stop off at Starbucks. I know exactly

what you mean about just finding the closest place! I am single and

I often times think I just need to find another bandster to date

since who else would understand these pb's and slime episodes without

grossing out! haha

That Red Bull is also full of caffeine, which is a gastric irritant.

That may have had something to do with your later problems with the

broccoli. If your stoma was irritated from the Rd Bull, it would have

gotten more unhappy when you tried to put scratchy and fibrous

broccoli through it. These type of stimulants are not sfe in many

ways, and I sure wouldn't feed my stoma any of this stuff. Sandy R

Well, the other bad part of that was that having stopped there, and

being one who firmly believes that if you use someone's bathroom

you're obligated to buy something from them (if I'm on a trip and stop

to use restroom at a convenience store I'll always buy a bottle of

water or something....think doing otherwise is wrong and rude), so

what did I do? Vente Hot Chocolate (no whipped cream). I don't drink

coffee. Oh well....

Any guy worth his whatever had better be able to deal with it. After

all, he'll have to deal with lots of other " gross stuff " from a

spouse. Women have periods. Everybody gets sick sometimes. Hey,

we're gonna die sometime. Of course barfing on the first date

probably isn't the best timing for it....
