LOL ! Sweden Bitter ? Bleecchh !!! Tastes vile, but it does work !

My goodness, this hair loss thing seems to be doing the rounds. My hair has started shedding at a phenomenal rate the past 2 weeks, the stuff is everywhere !!! I'd love to know if it is my thyroid, auto-immune, or both....I hesitate to do blood work for thyroid as the results are sometimes so iffy, but maybe since the hairloss is so acute, the results will be definite too....had to postpone explant so the film crew can try and convince my PS to allow them to film or come up with another plan, but I'm starting to think I must just get them out and to blazes with it !

With Vit C, should I be taking the big dose in one go to help with constipation , or split into 3 ? I'm up to about 7000mg a day and it seems to be working, at last ! :)))

Thanks for all your help Patty, you;re a star !!!

Subject: Re: I'm really sick - vomitting - nausea and Yeast!

Pam,

Daryl has had the same problem--she's been throwing up almost every day. I don't know if you remember anything about Daryl because she does not post often, but she has alot of symptoms that you do, especially the endometriosis thing, or severe abdominal pain. It seems to me that the gallbladder and/or liver is involved here, as she said her vomit was green (sorry for the graphics, guys) and green means bile....is yours?

I would suggest doing some coffee enemas or if you can, a liver flush to clear out anything that may be blocking toxic elimination. Headaches, nausea, vomiting are all signs of toxic buildup from a sluggish liver. If you do an internet search on liver support, you will find a zillion links to products that you can buy, and they are all herbal based. The most effective herb for the liver is milk thistle. Buy a quality one...I think all of us should be on milk thistle. You can take it for life, and your liver will love you for it.

It doesn't sound like this is yeast related, Pam. As I often say, I am not a doctor, but to me, it definitely sounds liver related (as in toxic buildup), and you might want to focus on doing healthy liver interventions. The most important things you can do would be to take liver supportive herbs (milk thistle, dandelion root), Swedish bitters, and do a liver flush.

If you want to do more reading about it, here is a good link:

Wishing you well!

Subject: I'm really sick - vomitting - nausea and Yeast!

Help! I spent all day Sunday throwing up and on into early Monday morning. I had a fever around 100.5. I slept most of the day and realized I also had a yeast infection. I haven't had one of those in 7 years! My husband picked up some over the counter meds for it and I used it last night. I slept ok until around 3am. I had a terrible headache and I wanted to get up and take something for it but I couldn't make myself get up. I finally got up at 6 and I felt the nausea all over again. I took my pain meds with a sip of gingerale and so far they've stayed down. Does this sound like something caused by yeast? I am sooo sick. Help........Pam

Fiona,

This hair loss thing is the million dollar question, isn't it? It's the one thing we can't seem to figure out how to fix. Lots of possibilities, but no magic bullet! I think is the only one I know of who finally got her hair to grow back in, and hers was all related to taking thyroid meds, (getting off of them when she shouldn't have taken them to begin with.) Definitely, the sooner you get the implants out, the better for your overall health.

As for the Vitamin C, if you can find a time release version, (that's what I take) you can load up a little bit. However, if you are taking 7000 mg in individual pills, it is best to spread it out over the day, otherwise, you will just be flushing it down the toilet. Your body will only use what it can at the moment and the rest will go out in your urine. That is why it is important to get it daily, as it is not stored.

Thank you Fiona--I am just an information disseminator....I hope my "star" is as a Christ follower with a servant's heart, and I know there are lots of "stars" here besides me!

God bless....let us know if you get your explant scheduled, and if anything helps your hair loss.

Most of mine fell out in 1991, but much of it grew back after detoxing

heavily for 1 1/2 yrs.

Mostly I avoided. I had the cleanest diet you can imagine. I did do a

heavy metal detox product, back in 1992, called Tox-Met-X. I don't know if

that product exists anymore. I took detox products from Metagenics for 4

weeks at a time. They have changed also, so something else better is out

there. No chemicals, food additives or colors, no pesticides. I avoided

many things, all sugars and white starches, all caffeine (no sodas of any

kind), all alcohol, all tobacco (did not smoke, so this was easy), all

dairy, and ate organic foods. I took a lot of supplements, many that I

have forgotten, but my Naturopathic Doctor helped work out a system. It

was a long haul, but I did get better. I also did a 40 week program with a

Neuropsychiatrist on retraining the brain, as I had myelin shearing from

the damage from silicone. I did so many things, I could never remember

them all. Pure water, lots of it. I used reverse osmosis filtered, as

advised by my Naturopath.

I did not eat much fruit, but ate lots of organic veggies. I avoided beef

for all that time also. No potatoes. I even gave up my beloved

tomatoes. I eat them now.
