Someone was singing at the Papal Mass, wearing a black dress (which is proper), but with spaghetti straps, sleeveless and lots of decolletage. NOT regulation. Tell you one thing, they wouldn't have let her into St. 's in Rome in that outfit. You can't wear anything sleeveless, much less what looked like a bra top in the Vatican.
