They got the old implant out but there was so much scarring that he wasn't able to put a new one in. He wants her to have a CT scan in the morning so he's able to see to put in a new one. This would all be done tomorrow. He says he knows he can do it but the CT scan needs to be done so he can see everything. She has just gone in to recovery as I type this and doesn't know any of this yet, but it's all up to her. I really think she will want to do this since the other option is no sound forever.
