Why didn't I know this? I must have missed this somewhere but I

accidentally called a number for Cochlear to order a part and dialed

this in error. You can call 1-800-458-4999 for a prerecorded passage

or words and they then instruct you to follow up w/their website to

read what you heard. It's all for phone practice to get used to hearing

and understanding via telephone. My little boy is only six but

w/listening to the places on the word list twice, he got three out of

five correct.
