Guest guest Posted November 14, 2010 Report Posted November 14, 2010 I have the internal Freedom implant, but the external Nucleus 5 processor. I love the ZOOM program. I find that it diminishes the background sounds, but keeps the speakers voice clear and easy to understand. My only complaint is that it hasn't been put into a regular program slot. You need to use your remote to activate ZOOM. This has been a problem twice for me when I switched purses and forgot my remote in my larger purse. Lil Klein, Hampshire, IL Quote
