i just stopped taking lexapro... any idea how long it will take before

my sex drive returns???

I am on WB now also, that is supposed to help...

libido still very low.

I think Lexapro has a half-life of 36 hours, so that's when half will

be gone from your system. After a week goes by, so little will be

left that it shouldn't affect you in any way.

When I was on Lexapro, all I had to do was skip a dose in the morning

and I was fine for all activities that evening, so I think it leaves

your system pretty fast. (By the way, my doctor recommended skipping

my L. dose in anticipation of sex; I didn't just do this on my own.)

Hi I'm new to the group but couldn't resist responding to this post.

I was on Zoloft before I got onto Lexapro. I found my sex drive non

existant on Zoloft but I don't have a problem with it on Lexapro but

I guess everyone's different.....
