Very interesting, I have had a similar experience, but it felt like a fast

pulsating in my gallbladder area,

it had a duration of two hours and then stopped.

It may be the liver that is doing this. When getting colonics there is a gurgle and a minor discomfort that will occur just prior to the liver 'dumping' contents to the intestines. Usually the colonist can feel this happening too, when they have a hand over the liver area. I have had occasions which I considered more like a burp than a pop but it may be the same general action you're describing as a pop. The process of cleansing the gallbladder using the oils is also cleansing the liver. So it may have opened bile areas which are now being productive and stones which are deeper in the liver may also be moving forward.

I'm fairly sure that the passing of stones, as I had done last year in the thousands, is the reason my ultrasound showed enlarged bile passages in my liver. This concerned my doctor, and me too. He wanted me to see a Urologist but I never bothered to follow-up on his suggestion. I can't help but to think that when stones, the size of which I got out, must have some stretching effect which may take time to stabilize.

The trick now is to eat in such a way as to try to keep the small stuff moving constantly and not get a chance to accumulate to make stones. That 'Trick' as I see it now is to maintain a constant intake of EFAs. By doing this the liver is able to keep cholesterol, of which most stones are made, loosely suspended and helps it's removal it from the body.

I suggest gaining even more of an understanding of just what is taking place regarding the formation of stones and the liver's primary function in this process. You can do this by getting a book called "The Liver Cleansing Diet" by Dr. Cabot. It's very easy to find by just using the Search Engine of your browser to locate it. Or by just clicking the name if it is linked in your email system.

Subject: Feeling of "popping" in gallbladder area?

From: "Rowana " <rowana@...> Hi, all -- Has anyone else experienced this? I did my first cleanse this pastTuesday night, and got about 100 stones out -- was pleasantlysurprised! Now, for the past couple of days, off and on I get apainless "popping" sensation in my gallbladder area -- a few timesit's been so surprising that I actually jumped! No pain at all, though -- just a weird feeling. It happened a couple of times whileI was watching TV last night, and I got up to put a heating pad onthe area. I know Dr said that on the night of the cleanse, ifyou concentrate, you can feel the stones rolling out like littlemarbles. That's almost what this feels like. Do you think thestones are still coming out -- is that what I'm feeling?? Rowana
