Guest guest
Ever since I have started taking Lexapro....I have been so tired. BUT, somenights I still lay awake trying to sleep- while others I am knocked out. Mr dr suggested taking lex at night- because it does tend to make people tired. Guest guest
I take mine at night (10 mg.) a little bit before I actually go to bed. I can tell that it makes me tired and relaxed and ready to sleep. Diann
Guest guest
My question is, how does Lexapro work for sleep problems? Does it help alleviate it by reducing anxiety? Right now, I barely sleep. Benedryl doesn't help much. Hope this gets better, because I have a young family and it's really beginning to take a toll... Thanks, Sam Alprazolam, generic of Xanax works great on insomnia. I have had the best nights sleep Ive had in years, and I only take 1 miliigram a day, half in the morning, half at night. Guest guest
Lexapro doesn't help me sleep at all. Quite the opposite. I never used to have trouble sleeping. Guest guest
I took 10 mg of Lexapro at night and felt more relaxed. I got a half night's sleep; still woke up around 4 a.m. tossing and turning and extremely restless. Most of my anxiety comes at night. Has anyone been in this situation? I am on my fifth day on Lexapro. I feel spacey and distracted during the day. After a couple of weeks, do these problems taper off? ~Sam
