Alcohol and Lexapro - could not have been more wrong

Hi-

Wanted to post a follow up. A while ago I indicated that I didn't

have any problems drinking and lex... totally wrong.

After taking 10mg of lex for 5 months now I realize that it totally

screws with me. After 2 or 3 drinks, hard liquor or wine, I have very

unpredictable mood swings. I experience irratic behavior, and in some

intances blackouts. It took some time for me to figure this out and

it didn't happen until about a month or so ago.

The Lex does help me with GAD a great deal and now that I know that

the combination doesn't mix I'm staying away from the liquor.
