I have anxiety and depression and have been on Lexapro for nearly two years. I am taking 40 mg in the morning. It helps tremendously for my depression but my anxiety is still sky high. I included an anti-depressant that handled the anxiety. Maybe it's just been worse because it's Christmas and mom died in April, but I've been feeling pretty down.
