Guest guest
Not that I'm a big fan of Lexapro but from what I've read here the spaciness and other side affects seem to eventually wear off, or rather, you probably build up a tolerance. Guest guest
What dosage are you on? I started with 5 mg and got tired, but not so tired I couldn't go to work. I just took a nap later in the day. It's funny that I can take a nap, but when it comes to bedtime, I toss and turn. Guest guest
I use a lightbox, the kind you use for SAD, in the mornings, and it seems to help a bit with the tiredness. Guest guest
I got mine on Ebay, it was kind of expensive. But I have SAD really bad, and it does help. Mine is by Verilux, I think, and is called a Happy Lite. Insurance didn't cover it. Maybe $150.00. Kathy > Now that's what I need!! Guest guest
Mine is bigger, somewhere around a 12 x 15 rectangle box, but the one you're looking at is better looking. It'd probably help if you sit fairly close to it. Kathy > How 'bout this one?
