hi and new member to group and lexapro

I have just started today on 10mg lexpro, Im on strattera 40mg also.I

sure hope this helps me with my panic and moods.I have been clcying

lately like crazy.But I dont want to stop the strattera..it really

helps me to fous and have the energy I need to stay with it and get

it done.I just have been haveing really up and down moods and with

this time change fixing to happen I know I get depress then, so maybe

I will get help from the lexapro.Really hope so.

Let us know how you do Star. I am going to be starting real soon, but Im taking

baby steps with it, like starting with 1/4 of a pill for a eek, then half, and

so on. Terry

pills,,I was glad about that.He wants me on 10mg for awhile, but he

said I can cut them , so to me that is good.

Yesterday, after I took it within a hour or so I had to lay down and

rest,,maybe it was just the stress about yesterday that had me so

tried though.Im going to try and take mine in the morning, what time

does everyone else take thiers?

Hi Star.....I have started taking mine first thing in the morning. When I first

started taking the Lexapro it made me extremely tired during the day, so I

started taking it at night. Then I found that I couldn't sleep good so I

switched back to first thing in the morning.
