Guest guest
If you are in a court of law and they don't request it you can be more than certain they will not accept it as evidence as in my case . that is why I posted a piece that was done on it a while back . it has been proven to be junk science to a degree , just cant wait for the day that etg is officially named the same .In a message dated 3/15/2008 12:15:00 P.M. I passed 100%. I did it only for myself as my DEC would not accept the results nor will the Calif. BRN. You can bet I did give them all a copy anyway!! My best advice is to understand that anyone taking a polygraph is nervous and this is figured into the test. You will be fine, hang in there, this is another nail in the EtG coffin!! > -------------- Original message ---------------------- > From: " standswithfist731 " <standswithfist731@...> > > Just got back from my meeting with the case manager regarding the > > +ETG. Guest guest
I thought ca probation was only 3 years? It seems it depends on your monitor. > From: JILL hall <jillypill@...> > Subject: Re: etg > Ethylglucuronide > Date: Thursday, June 26, 2008, 7:03 PM > Sorry.... i am in california and yes mariann is my probation > monitor..any help with atorney's or toxicoogist would be > greatly
Guest guest
Help finding a toxicologist. I called the NH state police crime unit in my capital , that's a good place to start , DO NOT TELL RECEPTIONIST , just say you need to discuss a case , ask for the head one , then proceed to get his email . Send him everything after you talk to him . Just be polite and to the point , I made great headway with mine in doing so and we still talk today as my mission now is to keep this happening to others in my situation. Guest guest
nne is mine as well, and yes it does depend on your monitor. She is quick to remind me that at her discretion, she can impose additional education, meetings, time etc. I have been on since December, met with her in January, and after multiple attempts to email a question to her, I called and left her a message. Apparently that made her angry and my meetings got increased from 1 to 4 a week, and I haven't heard from her since March! She assured me when I met with her that she would inform me each time I tested of my results as soon as she had them as she was aware that I was concerned about the EtG. I have had 5 tests and not a word form her. Am afraid to call or email as to do that would risk having to do more meetings or some other form of retaliation. There is far too much power in that position!! --------- Re: etg > Ethylglucuronide > Date: Thursday, June 26, 2008, 7:03 PM > Sorry.... i am in california and yes mariann is my probation > monitor..any help with atorney's or toxicoogist would be > greatly

Guest guest
I think if you are looking for a expert on etg then 4 of the top ten experts in the nation are on this web site at least. The horrible problem is that there is so much complexity associated with this test that there are no toxicologists, mro people, physicians, board members, and scientists who have a grasp of the chemistry of etg. It took me hundreds of hours of reading to educate myself. I know this test is wrong. It is very wrong. Dr Dan Re: etg I have printed all the file stuff but it's chinese to me for the most part and not sure which one staes what dr dan is saying if any of them The Famous, the Infamous, the Lame - in your browser.
