Mold home for sale

I want to wish you a happy New Year. As you know, it has been Hell for my

Family over the past few years due to the Toxic Mold and corruption that forced

us into the street and made us homeless.

We found out this afternoon some disturbing information about our former

home at 38 Hawser Bend in Centerville Massachusetts. I kid you not! Seems like

the corruption continues and the insults get worse.

We know that the home had the septic tank replaced by an unlicensed plumber

sometime between Nov. 1 and December 14, 2002. We reported this to the State

and nobody did anything. Remember, we had to leave with only the clothes on

our back on October 28, 2002 due to the Toxic Mold.

According to our sources, the Toxic Mold is still there. Seems a neighbor

said that the former family that lived there, us, had to leave due to severe

illness from Toxic Mold. They further stated the home was condemned and could

not be sold.

There are a few more insults that we are also now aware of. It seems that

the belongings we left behind are being sold with the house by the sellers. It

seems their realtor is the same bozo that originally sold us the house in

1988. They are asking $479,000 (is this with or without the mold).

He was in bed with the builders and knew all about the illegal construction

but never told us. He even contracted to have some work done. I reported him

to the state real estate licensing board and they did nothing.

When we went to him in 1992 for help, he said he didn’t know anything and

refused to talk. Who else better to sell the house than the guy who originally

sold it with all the illegal construction.

A final insult, it is being listed as handicapped accessible. These were the

features we added for our Son, Kenny, after we bought the house. We added

them so that he would not have to be put in an Institution. I bet they are even

selling it with Kenny’s hospital bed, wheel chair, braces and clothes.

As you can see, this is what most would consider the scum of the earth that

is doing this to us. We lost everything and these corrupt people are still

making money from our suffering.

The real estate company is Cobb – Nowak of Century 21 in Centerville, Ma.

their phone is 508-775-2121 or 800-564-8082. Cobb was the original

realtor in 1988. Nowak is also aware of the illegal construction when it was

built.

If you have any spare time, perhaps a call to the realtor to ask about what

upgrades were made since 1988 when the house was built. Ask if the septic is

Title 5. Get the history of the house and how many owners and if it was

rented.

My guess is that you will get told lies and cover up. Perhaps you will help

us uncover and expose these thieves. Please, let me know what you find out.

My guess is, if they say anything about the history and owners, is that we

deserted our home. As you are all aware, Doctors and the Toxic Mold

Specialists told us to get out for our health. I returned in mid December and

found the

bank and/or their agents, had broken in. We still had the water and

electricity on in our home. I had shut of the phone and newspaper.

I reported all of this to the Barnstable Police and the theft of our

belongings of over 2050 thousand dollars to the Massachusetts Attorney General

and

our insurance company. Nobody did anything!

I still can't believe that a home with Toxic Mold, illegal construction

knowingly allowed by town and state inspectors ( some of the illegal work

done by State contractors with federal money), water leaking from electrical

outlets, the roof caving into the home and is Condemned is being sold for

$479,000.00. Almost forgot, the Toxic dump and sink hole in the front yard.
