a question regarding guidelines utilized per Dr. Aceves in term of BMI range?

I would just like to get some input on the average BMI range Dr.

Aceves will usually works with. I am a low BMI, but my score on the

yo-yo diet meter is most impressive. I have gained and lost the same

35lbs three times in my life..............and it is time for serious

changes. So here i am, a newby.

Any info you have and might be willing to share regarding beginning

this process, time estimation, cost etc...that would be very helpful.
