Although I believe this to be a very worthy cause (I have had several

relatives be affected by breast cancer) this bill died when the last

Congress left office. If you sign the petition nothing will

happen. The bill will need to be sponsored once more (for the 5th

time) now that the 110th Congress has been sworn in.
