May you have many more CI Moments in the years to come. And yes, I believe you stayed 5 1/2 days in the hospital. My 2002 same day procedure turned out to be 2 nights and 3 whole days. Times sure have changed regarding hospital stays since you had your surgery. So how is your hearing compared to what it was 16 years ago? Congratulations and Happy Anniversary. Times certainly have changed since some people spend 5 1/2 hours in the hospital after a CI surgery. Wow..5 1/2 days?
