Weekly Message

We are in a cycle of new energy this year that is strangely different

from anything we have encountered before. Always when in the

unfamiliar we feel a bit like strangers in our own life. Letting go of

the old and creating the new is what life is ultimately all about. So

often we say we want life to be different, we want peace, harmony and

joy to reside within the world. We want all to be fed and have a place

to sleep. We want peaceful hearts and minds to come together and make

a difference in the vast scheme of global politics.

To see these things happen we must have faith. Not just faith in God

but faith in the fact they can and will come to fruition. We are an

impatient race of beings. We see this one lifetime as the whole of

something when indeed it is only a facet of the whole. In

understanding that all things are energy including ourselves, we put

things into a greater perspective. If we can simply understand how we

are energy and how we affect the energy around us we can use our

energy to move mountains. I cannot do it for another but I can

certainly help another to do it for themselves. Take some time to

contemplate how you and everything else in life, seen and unseen, is

energy. Experience the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual

energy that just you are and then imagine that on a grand scale.

Imagine what it feels like to be the energy of the ocean or the

mountains. Imagine what the energy of the sky, stars and planets is.

Understand that all of this energy is contained within you. You are a

Universe of energy within which all other energy is contained. You are

very, very, blessed and loved.
