I use unsweetened soy milk for my lattes.

Soy Milk Question

I've been adding chocolate Silk Soy Milk to my chocolate whey protein

shakes

and it tastes too good to be true. Tell me it " ain't " so! The Soy has

more

carb than protein, while the protein powder has less carbs, so they

balance

each other out.

Is anyone else using Soy Milk?

Hello everyone,

I have a question about soy milk that I hope someone can help me

with. I've recently tried the Soy Silk brand and really like it. Since I

am the only one drinking it in our household, it lasts for awhile. I

noticed that it is dated pretty far out. How do you know when it goes

bad?.....or will it be obvious?

Thanks,

Hi Sharon.

I ONLY drink soy milk and so do my kids. It does tend to last longer than

regular milk, but it will spoil. I would suggest to use it within 7 days

after opening it. If it's been longer, smell it and look at it----you will

know, though it won't be as strong as regular milk when it sours. Soy cream

cheese, sour cream and butter will also last much longer than dairy.

Take care.
