Tomorrow is a big day for . As with all members of CI Hear, I want you to

know that my best wishes go with you for an absolute success. Mom's are always

very frightened of putting a child thru surgery but you are doing something very

special for him as you are giving him the gift of sound.

Be sure to let us know how the surgery went when you can. I am sure today is a

hectic day at your house.

For those of you I have missed along the way, I'm sorry. We used to put the new

surgeries into the calendar which made it easy for me to keep up with them but

since the group became so large, and there have been so many surgeries, it's

been hard to keep up with them.

If you have surgery this week - please let me know. I know someone on this list

had surgery on Friday and I apologize for not recognizing it. I hope all went

well for you and you are recuperating nicely at home. Let us know how you are

doing when you can.

For those of you with upcoming surgeries and activations, please send us a

quick note to let us know the date, place and surgeon and/or activation date.

We'll try to start updating the calendar again.
