Guest guest
The UA spot seems to be the most awkward of all the tapping spots.. Sometimes I skip it without noticing any significant difference.... Can anyone tell me if they've had this same experience.. Is the UA spot really essential to the process or do the other points address the same meridians? I'm trying to make this process as simple and inconspicuous as possible. Guest guest
, I agree with . Instant EFT is a wonderful option when you want to be insconspicuous. In addition, you can read a case history and some previous posts on Instant EFT. I have extracted one para that explains how I do Instant EFT: Inconspicuous Instant-EFT on a Cinnamon Roll craving! EmotionalFreedomTechniques/message/2505 Responses: EmotionalFreedomTechniques/message/2507 EmotionalFreedomTechniques/message/2517 EmotionalFreedomTechniques/message/2514 " Regarding " Instant EFT " ...once I had done the EFT procedure a few times, I found I could just ask my mind-body mentally to do the whole procedure instantly without actually having to tap my way through the sequence! Just by giving my mind-body that instruction, it did it automatically. This is what I call instant EFT. " I'd like to add that you can set it up so that the subconsious mind is instructed to do as many rounds of Instant EFT till the problem/challenge is cleared up. I also tend to get very bored with EFT at times, so this serves the double purpose of using EFT inconspicuously as well as for avoiding boredom. In addition, it is very efficient....and I can often be doing something else at the same time!!! :-) How cool is that?! Hello , After you learn to just tap in your imagination and get that down and see that this is very real you can also go to an instant EFT. I just say " unconcious tap on all the points and meridians now about this problem and as amazing as superman it just happens. Funny because I'm not then thinking about it verbally I can feel the emotional response and body response shifting on its own after. If I need a further round I just say unconscious tap on the remaining problem now, and that brings it down further. I guess it has goes in stages, first learning the mechanical eft, and then on to other ways of doing as I became more trusting of this process. And also boredom of doing it the same way again and again and wanting it simpler. It has really expanded my belief in a bigger picture by trying out different styles and approaches... Guest guest
Daya, The instant EFT is totally awesome; what a great use of our subconscious mind. Thank you for that wonderful idea. Margaret
