i have heard many times calcium is next to useless without magnesium.

Hi ,

Are you taking a calcium/magnesium combination. I think the ratio is

usually 2:1. Also there are different kinds of calcium....a great resource

for anyone to own, and it is paperback and inexpensive, is

Earl Mindell's New Vitamin Bible....it is all about vitamins, minerals,

herbs, supplements, etc.
