My Christmas Message

To All my Cherished friends at Hawk This has been a roller coaster year here at HAWK.. We've seen ups and downs, harmony and disagreements, happiness and sadness, misplaced a few members temporarily, but rejoicing cause we found them (JOHN, , etc)... We have seen some members come and go...and come back again... You just can't detach yourself from family too long.. We've had new lives borne and sadly, some have moved on with their lives to a better place. We rejoice for the new lives starting and yet, we also rejoice for those who have "graduated" (as I like to put it).. on to the next journey of their life. We know they will always be with us. If I had a Christmas wish it would be to be able to meet all of you who have been such a dear and wonderful part of my life. It is funny how in many conversations between family and friends here I often speak of

"My friend in Australia, or my friend in California, Denver, Philly, etc. " And sometimes friends look at me and say, you have alot of friends, or how do you know all these people? I tell them they are my friends, my family. I've been on many lists over the years... but not one of them can I truly say that I have TRUE FRIENDS on, let alone family... You are what the Christmas spirit is all about. Tracey put it well when she said Many of you have touched my life with love and friendship this year that I did not know still even existed in this world anymore. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. It is an honour to have so many

beautiful and special souls to share my journey with even if for most of you it is only via the internet or telephone Just think what a wonderful world this would be if everyone was like many of the folks here, taking time to care and give of themselves. So, my wish for all of you is that you have a wonderful holiday, filled with love and friendship, may it last thru 2007 and beyond. May you live life as everyday is your last, love as if there was never going to be a tomorrow, and treat others as you would want to be treated. And remember our furry friends too! As I end this message, the tears are welling up, as I have realized I have my Christmas wish... I have all of you to truly call my friend. A very merry, blessed Christmas to all of you.
