no, i STARTED the subscribing to the newsletter to get the free book... nothing about "cracks"...

I didn't see the original post about the e-book. Carol told me about it and sent it to me. That's when I spotted the crack/hair picture and the debate began. The only part you played was initially (and innocently) sending it.
