I just called one of my cousins and received news one of my cousins is dying. He was in steam room and had heart attack. Not sure if he had heart problems before. Actually I don't think I have seen him if perhaps once in last 40ish years. I remember his name and face as I knew it. Now he is in a coma. I don't even know his wife. He is probably a rich attorney now. I'm sure the family is not interested in my cayenne for heart circulation thoughts at this time, but it's no laughing matter diet is one factor in a healthy heart. I'm on the only raw person, and maybe just one other vegan in the family too. I do feel sorry for the family. Encouraging others here to think about ways to improve "you" in '07. hugs, carolg
