Guest guest
Lyn Been there! Done that! One evening, I was feeling particularly out of touch with how I felt, but knew I needed to do something, so I went to the bookshelf and randomly selected a book to read. Turned out to be some teenage love story, really trashy sort of stuff that I rarely read these days. But it was the correct book for the moment, and crystalised exactly what I was feeling so I could bring it out and tap on it. A very healing exercise!
