Hi, everyone!

Here's an excellent story of how someone used EFT to " clear emotional

clutter " in their life, using EFT, forgiveness, and principles from

the Palace of Possibilities.

[Any Feng Shui experts out there? Welcome your comments on " Clear

Clutter " and its significance in our lives, and how EFT might help.]

Feel free to share case histories of your own. If you'd like to post

one, but would like your name withheld for privacy, feel free to send

it to me, and I will post it eliminating the author's name for

privacy reasons.

More after the workshop tonight. I'd like to encourage all new EFT

learners taking the workshops this week to practice, practice,

practice on anything and everything that comes up, and see how

uplifted you feel!

In happy anticipation,

Dayu

Applying EFT to oneself

I recently received the memo below from one of our new EFT'ers. I am

eliminating his name for privacy reasons but thought you might like

to view the potential of EFT when applied consistently to ourselves.

This could be a great message to print out and give to clients. It

might help give them motivation to tap on their own. Also note the

use of EFT with the principles from the Palace of Possibilities.

Cheers,

About 2 years ago I took a TFT class as taught by a well advertised

and well meaning individual. While impressed with some of the

results, the training didn't really " take. " I was starting my Master

NLP and found that much more interesting.

And now I get a video on this same subject that really makes the

whole process SIZZLE! WOW! Not only does it quickly dispatch negative

emotions quickly and quietly, it indicates applications to so many

positive areas. After browsing the extensive EmoFree web site I got

enthusiastic enough to order the videos. I am so glad I did that!

Since I had worked diligently to remove negative feelings from myself

using NLP techniques I thought I was doing pretty good. Then I

started applying the EFT to myself to anything that even remotely

seemed " yucky " .

Did I start to shift!

I easily dispatched with so much that I considered already gone. The

difference was noticeable: many " minor " negatives can pile up and

create internal blockages. Rewiring the body's energy system for each

and every one of these makes a major difference. I noticed that I was

frequently humming to myself and I started to spontaneously speak to

people. Almost all of the items I worked on would be rated about a 2

or less. Weeding out the moss and tendrils. So I started in the

positive affirmations as suggested in the " Palace of Possibilities "

and zeroed in on public speaking - meaning how I present myself in

public, meeting people, making small talk, being affable, etc. I

figured out a strategy and performed EFT on each step of my future

paced strategy for greeting/meeting people. WOW!

Every time an intruding thought came into my head, I would run an EFT

process on it. Most of the time I didn't think of these intrusive

thoughts as negative, but something in my unconscious was trying to

tell me something. If you have to " try " to do something so you

can " handle " it, a limitation exists. EFT it. Get rid of the

limitation. There is no try for an outcome. Just do it - with an

entirely new meaning.

I felt and continue to feel so clean and pure inside. I sleep less

and feel so energetic. I talk to strangers. My concentration at work

has improved enormously. I find myself still performing a few dozen

EFT processes per day. And I sigh a lot. And with each sigh I smile

and take an even deeper breath to help that sigh do its work.

My daily meditation has taken a very different background. Internal

images become incredibly more intense - much like a meditative lucid

dream. Internal visions have been different, but interesting. The

background of meditation has a different quality that I can't yet

quantify. A very positive quality. " Squeaky clean " becomes part of

the overall description of this new state. Yesterday I had a few

spare hours. So I started at the beginning of my life and started

reviewing each event as I remembered it. And for each event I did an

EFT process.

Negative event or not. There might be residuals associated with the

event or not - didn't matter - it certainly can't hurt.

And then last night I had the first nightmare I have had in years. I

was sleeping in this dream in an empty house and a ghost started

howling. I became semi-lucid in that I knew this was a dream and I

attempted to open a dialog with that howling ghost. Then I lost

partial lucidity. And I couldn't wake up. I had a series of false

awakening (dreaming that I woke up, and then noticed I was still

dreaming, then dreaming to wake up again, etc.). So I got out of bed

and started working with that part, the howling part.

Something told me to examine my life review again. In my life review

I needed to go through all the people significant to me. So at 3:30AM

I started to review all the people in my life that might need

forgiveness even a little. And I used EFT to forgive them. People

close to me, friends I hardly remembered, fragments of people in my

life. This took about two hours. Two hours of a new kind of

forgiveness. Rapidly stepping through EFT forgiveness one after

another as fast as I could creates an incredible state of exultation,

of exuberance, of slight dizziness, of an incredible energy glow. And

I continued in the dark without stopping. And I breathed deeper and

deeper. Hyperventilation has a healing effect.

And then I asked that howling part again to help me. I got an intense

tingling sensation, very strong, over my entire body. My hair stood

on end. I sincerely thanked that part for being there. I asked the

positive purpose of that howling part and got no response. So I did

EFT on the howling part. And did it again and again. That felt so

good. Unconscious goals in EFT. So very good. As I write this, I feel

I need some more work on that howling part. I find this exciting. I

really welcome that howling ghost as I know great progress has been

made and an entirely new territory awaits me!

Hyper EFT or just having fun?
