I am patiently waiting, so please listen for, Rawvolution's Cannoli by Matt it's owner. It's not in his book, but sure looks great. They sell at booklet for $25 that includes that one in their Italian series. Forgot restaurant name at the moment in Brooklyn, but for $25 I can get books. Waiting to see additional features to this website goneraw.com I'm having this non raw person over next week and planning on the hummus possibly with a cracker (onion bread heard great things about but for her can't make) at that website with a fresh salad.
