My Nesco is square. They do make a round one, but round dehydrators never made sense to me. My Nesco is a square four tray with teflex sheets.

Thanks for the video how to...my crackers are in the crock pot

now...I added minced onion, garlic powder and sea salt, annnnnd I used my 32

oz dry container for the first time. (thanks LeaAnn). I did have to add more

water than you showed... B.

Wonderful! I hope they turn out well for you. I make these first thing EVERY

morning. You can also freeze the crackers BEFORE you dehydrate and they go

great straight from the freezer to the dehydrator. I make them daily, and

freeze them, so I always have them on hand ready to dehydrate. Being gluten

free, I was tired of the nasty (and expensive) cardboard tasting " gluten free

crackers " that were available. I like that I can adjust my herbs, seasonings,

etc in my own mix. Grated cheese in them is wonderful for a cheese cracker, or

you can use the batter to make cheese straws using a cookie press with a straw

tip!
