Guest guest
Hello,I have to apologize because I never follow recipes and I never measure :-( I just knew that quiche uses eggs, cheese, a form of milk, and veggies and spices to flavor.HOWEVER, I "think" I use 5-6 eggs when I make a batch and I always make 2 quiches to make a batch. I use enough cream or milk to bring the liquid up to the level I need to fill the two pie shells. I'm not much help huh? Guest guest
Guilty of the same! I chuck stuff in until it looks right, then chide myself for not paying attention when it turns out nicely, since I know I won't be able to duplicate it! No wonder it's taken me so many years to write a cookbook... I saw Lea Ann mention quiche but missed how many eggs you use. I have a pot luck coming up and would love to take some quiche. Please post a recipe. Thanks.
