Guest guest Posted October 7, 2006 Report Share Posted October 7, 2006 We all know that regular table salt is bad. Iodized is bad as well. I've been telling people at work about sea salt. If memory serves, doesn't it have natural occurring iodine in it? And this is a good thing, right??? Hoping I'm giving correct info, and looking to be corrected if I'm not.
