Guest guest Posted September 27, 2006 Report Share Posted September 27, 2006 Honeyed Oatmeal Cookies 1 cup garbanzo (or favorite) flour (i like sprouted flour)1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg1/2 cup honey1/4 cup black strap molasses (the good stuff)1/2 cup olive oil1 egg Mix all the dry ingredients together. Then, add the wet ingredients for about 3 minutes in a blender. Combine the flour mix and honey mix and stir well. To that batter, add the following: 1 cup uncooked rolled oats1 cup raisins Add the above to the batter, allowing to stand in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Drop by teaspoon onto an oiled cookie sheet, and bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350F degrees. Suzi What is a weed?
