Carmel Sauce and Carmel Apples are below by Raw Priestess. === Carmel Sauce -- Raw Priestess 1 cup dates (pitted and unsoaked)1/4 cup almond

milk1 dash sea salt1 tsp vanilla extract, or 1 inch vanilla bean scraped1 T raw honeyMix all ingreients in a food processor until smooth and well blended.to make caramels, place in an oiled (coconut oil or olive oil) shallow pan, and dehydrate until firm, aproximately 24 hours, cut into cubes and freeze for future use. Take out a few at a time to munch on.For an ice cream topping, simply add more almond milk until desired consistancy and pour onto banana ice cream. Top with chopped pecans and dehydrated cherries for a truly decadant dessert.
