Guest guest
Hi Jina I had accupuncture on my hands 8 years ago for carpel tunnel syndrome (which I had for all 6 pregnancies) and it worked wonders - it was great. Just couldn't continue with it because it was so expensive. Tracey
Guest guest
Yes, indeed! I find the practitioner makes a lot of difference. I finally found one who was marvelous. She worked with acupuncture, moxibustion and tinctures among other things. A real healing woman. Guest guest
Accupuncture is a wonderful thing. I've had it done many times and it always fixed me right up. Accupressure also works wonders. At 10:25 PM 11/21/2006, you wrote: >any one ever try Accupucture? <sp> Happy Thankgiving, Jina
Guest guest
Tracey - If you ever suffer from carpel tunnel again, find a good chiropractor that can pop your wrists. Two medical doctors told me I needed carpal tunnel surgery but I work with a chiro who pops my wrists and the problem has gone away. Popping the wrist hurts for just a second but I could feel relief almost immediately. I've known more than one person who was facing surgery who went to the same chiro, got their wrists popped and viola! no need for the knife. Guest guest
- does your chiro know you call it "popping"? Mine would have a fit, he prefers "adjusting". I would never go to anyone who "pops" anything. I had a guy like that and I would tense up so bad he couldn't adjust. Now I see a man who "adjusts" my wrists and my ankles by the way and it's great. I've shattered my right wrist - twice - and I was told I would have carpal tunnel and arthritis by now and I don't. Part of it is the way I eat and the other is I have my wrists, arms, legs, ankles, neck and back adjusted on a regular basis. I do not wait for pain, I prefer maintenance. Guest guest
Yes, Shari, if Doc knew I was using the word " popping " he probably would have a fit, LOL. That is my language only - the Doc always uses the word adjustment. I also have my ankles adjusted, and my hip joints, along with neck and back. I feel so much better if I go in for regular maintenance that when I get to the point I am today, with a lot of neck and shoulder pain because I've been a working wild woman going 90 mph with my hair on fire, I beat myself up for not taking the time for me and keeping me feeling good. Guest guest
Hi Thanks for that. I used to get it as a pre-sign of my monthy period too but it disappeared when I went raw so all I have to do is go raw again and I won't suffer ever again. There is no way I'd have surgery for it no matter how bad it got. Actually I have been raw now for 2 days. Tracey ..
