Guest guest
Annette The sore points are on your chest, the K-27 points are near the base of your neck. Which area are you referring to? I don¹t know why certain points might be numb. It could be useful to tap on ³even though these points are numb and I don¹t know why, I deeply and completely love and accept myself, and choose to heal the problem.² The tip of my nose has been tingling and sort of numb on and off for the past week or so. As soon as I release the tension in my neck, the tingling and numbness disappear for a while. Do you have tension in your upper back/neck area? Perhaps you could tap for that too ... ³Even though I have tension in my ....., I choose to release it and all causes of it, and I deeply and completely love and accept myself.² Best wishes Jocie On 18/8/04 8:18 AM, " nettzuk " <annetteterry8@...> wrote: > Help. Guest guest
Hi Jocie, > The sore points are on your chest, the K-27 points are near the base of your > neck. Which area are you referring to? Thanks for bringing that to my attention - I seem to have got the two points confused. In fact I don't mean K-27s at all, I am referring to the sore points on the chest. They still don't seem as tender as they used to, in fact, it's as though I'm feeling them through really thick skin, so that the sensation is noticeably weaker, a bit like a local anaesthetic. Weird! Thanks to Nels and for their replies too. Annette

If you leave them alone for a week or so, they will probably feel sore again; if you continue to massage them several times a day, they will become less so. Guest guest
Hi Annette Sometimes I find the sore points on my chest move around for different problems and/or different aspects of different problems. In fact, I¹ve found the sore point can be anywhere on the chest, from the top of the boobs up to the collarbone, and from the sternum right out to the front of the shoulder. Sometimes when I can¹t verbalise the problem, I¹ll rub the chest area looking for a sore spot that corresponds to the problem, and then rub it while doing the setup ³Even though I have this pain, etc². That¹s how I discovered that it can move around so much! I might be worth checking to see if there¹s a different area that might benefit from being rubbed.
