That sounds different Suzi might try that one out when I can get some Bananas. In some places they are now up to $14.99 per kilo. They should be coming back down now not going up.

I was paying $80.00 for half a box of bananas last one I got last week was $55.00 for half a box.

What is a key lime as opposed to a lime lime?

Key limes are very small, Tracey…probably

an inch or less in diameter, and are sweeter than regular limes. In most

recipes, they’re interchangeable, though.

http://www.keylime.com/diff.html will tell you all about the key lime.. It is a specific lime...but you could use a regular lime if need be.. LOL! Yes, this is a little piece of

paradise!

The mango season is over for the year, but

I have two orange trees in fruit (don’t know what varieties; will have to

wait and see what I end up with), plus a Meyer lemon and two calamondin

oranges. My grapefruit tree is not doing well; I have the feeling it was hit

by Jeanne and Frances too soon after being planted. We may have to re-plant a

new tree. We’re also planning on planting a couple of avocados and

another fig or two.
