I made some Autumn coleslaw the other night - finely shredded cabbage, grated pumpkin. So far, so good. Then made a little honey mustard dressing for it. 1 Tbsp honey, 2 Tbsp apple vinegar, 1/2 tsp dry mustard. mixed all together, tasted and almost gagged. The mustard was WAY too much.
