Ruptured disc huh Suzie? That's what I had and look what I let them do to me. Be careful what you let the docs do to you. I feel like I was a science project for them. Now look at me. I feel worse than I did 5 years ago. Part of that is my fault though. My bad choices did this to me too.

I am getting better though. The morphine is almost out of my system. I take it no more. Thank the Gods I'm finished with that junk. I'm coming off a bit faster than that doctor had the plan written but I feel like I'm doing alright. I feel "almost' human at least. No more racing heart but I do sweat still. Maybe that's a good thing. I still have tossing and turning at night in bed. I have to take something mostly then so I can sleep. I'll get off that slowly though. I take only one Lortab during the late afternoon now. No more until bed. I'm kind of proud of that since I used to take 5 a day. I'm getting there slowly. I'm so happy about that. I'm going to give myself about a month or two and try to see a Holistic practitioner. Try to see if there is something more natural than the Lortab to take care of the pain. But you know what? When morphine is coming out of your system there is such an awful pain almost like very bad arthritis and you can't even move your fingers or put weight on your feet because they hurt so much and you move so slowly. I don't have that feeling all that much anymore. The edema is gone now and I was so happy to see all this that yesterday I cried "happy tears". That means I'm coming along and my own endorphins are starting to come back on again. I can see my feet again and I can move a bit better. So I'm making progress. It's slow but I'm coming along and that makes me happy. I felt like a failure when I went to the hospital but now I am more positive and happy with the faster progress than I expected. I'm drinking lots of lemon water and my diet has changed for the better. Lots more fruits and veggies and maybe a bit of chicken. I can't help it I love chicken. lol It's like the faucets in my kidneys were turned back on. I am feeling better. So that's my progress report.

Don't let them do to what they did to me. Make better choices.

ruptured disc is causing the numbness.. I saw my discs.. the good ones and the bad ones... quite a difference.. It also works on • Ease articular joint pain • Assists in rebuilding and rehabilitating damaged cartilage • Reduce inflammation • Improve mobility

My thoughts are maybe it will improve the discs (maybe).. I was taking tumeric and msm too so maybe they'll all work... I am going to start DMSO also..

Yes, I am assuming this is what stopped the pain. And it did take about 3 wks.. Thank your friend too!Since Syn-Flex is primarily for joint problems, some sort of arthritis may have been causing the pain. Something else may be causing the numbness. Glad to hear it worked. I know my friend was elated that he finally found something that allowed him to get off that chair and back on the golf course. Before the Syn-Flex he could barely stand up from the pain in his knees. You might want to keep taking it or at least a maintenance dosage every week. I know if I had arthritis I'd give that stuff a shot. I think the testmonials also said it helped some people with fibromyalgia.Gloria
