They will be finely dicedso you can measure if you want, a cup of each or two cups of each.For each cup use about 1 tablespoon very finely minced onion ormore if you really like onion.Very finely mince (a very sharp knife helps here) but not mushy,make tiny squares if you can with both the tomato and the cucumber.Put in bowl together. Add the finely minced onion and a few shakesof sea salt. Gently stir. Let sit out at room temperature for 30-60minutes before eating. Keeps for 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
