Shari, Per our conversation about Kenney's raw restaurant and booklets, the Italian booklet should feature the cannoli I bragged about based on picture only. I figure it cost them a whole lot more to develop that small recipe book than it costs me to buy. I've sent a message to my buddy, in NYC. Told him he had to get over to the restaurant and get that recipe for me. At the moment, however, he's in South America and I'm not sure when he'll be home.

If there's a way to get the recipe, I'm sure he'll get it. I send him raw treats all the time and never charge him. He works for Patti , rock 'n roller from the '70s. She likes my food as well and when they come to Seattle we get to cater to the band and get some tickets. Always knew I was going to be in the rock 'n roll business, just didn't know it was going to be with food!!
