Guest guest Posted November 20, 2006 Report Share Posted November 20, 2006 Raw Veggie “Casserole”Compliments of Rick Dina, D.C. 3 lettuce leaves, shredded1-2 zuccini, shredded in Food Processor1-2 carrots, shredded in Food ProcessorHandful of alfalfa sproutsHandful cauliflower, in small bite sized pieces½ red bell pepper, sliced/diced(Handful of chopped red cabbage) Put all of above ingredients in a large salad bowl and mix together. 2 tomatoes1 stalk celery2 carrotsJuice of one lemon Blend the above 4 ingredients in a blender… Then add soaked sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, almonds, or avocado to the desired thickness and consistency. Adding extra carrots without the seeds/avocado thickens it into a non fat version. Pour this mixture over the salad and mix thoroughly. Suzi What is a weed?
