Guest guest
HI Tracey, Sorry to hear about your MIL. Have you considered cayenne? I believe it is sold in capsules, but I would think fresh in foods is better. I know you can make a tea with it too,b ut easy does it to break in. Also have you tried lots of fresh garlic? Parsley will erase the garlic odor. Hope she feels better quickly. Hope you are doing well yourself. Are you getting help with caring for the kids? Like a small break? Off to bed but expecting a great healing report about MIL. Give yourself a hug!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! carolgRainbow Egret <egret.09@...> wrote: My mother-in-law has a urinary tract infection. Guest guest
What else simple can I give her besides Cranberry Juice and lots of water to help. Only pleasant things can't imagine she would be a very good patient. A couple weeks ago a co-worker of mine had a UTI. I told her to take liquid bentonite clay (Vit-Ra-Tox) every 2 hours, alternating with acidophilus every other hour (don't take them at the same time). She bought the stuff after work and a couple days later she told me it worked! Another co-worker of mine also cured her dog's stubborn urinary infection with the same procedure. DON'T drink the store bought cranberry juice because it has high fructose corn syrup or sugar in it which makes bacterial infections grow! Guest guest
Hi Tracey Cranberry juice and water are great! But whenever Marilyn gets one, we have had great success with tea made from corn silk. Tastes hideous, but works better for her than the c. juice. If the juice works for your mom-in-law, make sure it is pure, organic and 100% real juice, not from concentrate and not sugar water with a little flavour. Hope she gets well soon!! > > My mother-in-law has a urinary tract infection. Is on antibiotics of course. > > What else simple can I give her besides Cranberry Juice and lots of water to > help. Guest guest
Thanks and Carol. Oh don't worry she is a tough old bugger she sounds fine today. Carol I'm doing fine I feeling very very happy and content with life as it is a present. Lots of good things are happening and I'm being looked after as always. Not much rest from the kids and they are tormenting me and making huge messes as always but then like would be so dull without them.
