Need recipe for baby formula or ideas to increase milk production

I have a friend who has a 2 month old baby. The baby has not been

growing as she should and the doctor is threatening to put her in the

hospital if she doesn't start growing. My friend does not wish to use

the commercial formulas, but at the same time she is not producing

enough breast milk to feed her baby. Does any one have a good recipe

for baby formula out there preferably without corn syrup? Or does

anyone have any suggestions for what my friend can do to increase her

milk production? Something she could take long term?

I appreciate any ideas you can give me!
