Guest guest
Fast GuacamoleFrom The Sunfood Diet Success System by Wolfe 3 avocados3 ripe jalapeno peppers1 habanero pepper3 tomatoes1 bunch cilantro1 ripe yellow lime Mix and mash. Sqeeze lime onto the mixture. The lime juice acts as an antioxidant allowing the mixture to keep longer and taste better. Keeping the avocado pits in the mixture will also help the guacamole to last longer. Suzi What is a weed? Guest guest
Thanks Gayla I tried to go 100% Monday but had a cooked dinner. Just going to eat as high raw each day as I can and keep my cooked foods to something healthy and non fat and sweet etc. Tomorrow Friday 13th October would have been our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Guest guest
Hi Gayla Only had some rice yesterday otherwise the rest of the day was raw. My problem this week is lack of money. I'm always buying my mother-in-law cigarettes and now they won't have the money this week when they get paid to pay me back so I'm left short. I've kinda got myself into a situation with them that is hard to get out of because of being out their place so much. Well today I can't run for comfort foods because I haven't got any money for chocolate or the like so I guess I'll have to be healthy. Guest guest
, who was buying her cigarettes before? You have to think of you and your kids first... Maybe you should have a talk with her and she might realize the grandkids come first...????? Maybe she would give them up??? If you don't have health you can't take care of the kids or her.. Guest guest
Tracey, I know it is hard, but there is a useful word in the English language....NO...<S> Maybe you could tell Mark you don't have the money for cigarettes? It is the truth. I know she is family, but Mark is acting as an ennabler when he begs her for cigarettes. So are you by giving in. I don't know what they cost where you are, but here 2 1/2 packs a day would be about $10 a day, or $300 a month. That is a lot of begging and demanding. I don't know the comversion rate, but $10 a day would feed a lot of mouths. (((hugs))) I understand it is very tough! Guest guest
I know it is hard to say no but you have got to think of you first... You are now the only bread winner in your family and your immediate family comes first. You're going to have to tell your brother in law that you can't afford it with all your kids.. And mom is going to have to find another way to get them if she want to kill herself smoking that many a day.. With all those meds and the cigs she is truly poisoning herself. That is sad. Guest guest
Hi Suzi Funny we have been talking about my mother-in-law's smoking because yesterday she was told by the doctor that she has to cut down and she is serious about trying - truly amazing. I told her: "Mum you are a strong woman you can do it" and she is a strong stubborn old bugger too. Not so easy to say no it is just how Koori people are its a kind of sharing what you have situation. Mostly I get it back she just doesn't know how to wait. It will work out and I truly hope she can give them up for her own health. I'll help if I can. Hugs Tracey
Guest guest
HI Tracey, Great news. Sometimes it takes the "doctor" to say that to the patient. They may listen too. Believing it will all work out well.
