The big scoop, to me, is that we all have some e coli in our intestines anyway. When we are immune-compromised, they take over and cause troubles. Best way to fight it is stay healthy. I have probably eaten a ton of stuff that should have killed me long ago. Hopefully my system can fight it off.

yep.. spinach in packages (some of them ) are contaminated with e coli... since they don't know which ones they are pitching all.MorningGlory113@... wrote: What's the story on this spinach and e coli thing? Someone at work told me about it this morning. She said just about all fresh spinach is contaminated because the e coli bacteria was in the fertilizer. I haven't read the paper today and don't know anything about it. What's the scoop? Anybody know?Gloria

E-coli is found in the feces of most all animals including humans.

E-coli is never a problem unless one has compromised their health to

such a degree that the body can no longer fend off the less than

desirable bacteria.
