Suzie is far wiser than i am, but i am more Yoda like in stature so:

Anyway i wanted to mention to look into Ocotillo. It has a folk

history among NA Natives for Lymph health, and if you read dif things

you will see that some people are brave enough (wise enough?) to try

it.

Problem with Ocotillo is that it is hard to come by unless you ask a

neighbor if you can harvest one of their plant-letts or purchase a

live plant in a garden center because I believe it is protected (so

no wild harvesting)
